Data deletion

You can delete your data from Adapt in any of the following ways, depending on what you want removed.

1. Disconnect a connected account in the app

1. Sign in at https://app.adaptflow.tech.
2. Open "Channels & posts", then "Connectors".
3. Choose the account (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn or YouTube), select "Disconnect" and confirm.

When you disconnect, we stop publishing to the account, cancel its scheduled posts, and delete its stored access token unless another still-connected account uses it (such as an Instagram account linked to the same Facebook page). The history of what was already published stays until you ask us to delete your account.

2. Remove the app in your Facebook settings

1. On Facebook, open "Settings & privacy", then "Settings".
2. Open "Business integrations" (or "Apps and websites").
3. Select Adapt and choose "Remove".

Facebook notifies us, and we delete the stored access tokens for your account and disconnect the pages and accounts connected through it. If you request deletion there, Facebook gives you a link to this page with a confirmation code so you can check its status.

On LinkedIn you can revoke access under Settings, then Data privacy, then Permitted services.

3. Ask us to delete your account and all its data

To delete your whole account, including your brand data, files, designs, publishing history and metrics, email info@thegamingnest.com from the address registered on your account and name the account or brand. We verify the request came from you, carry out the deletion, and confirm it to you by email.

Posts already published stay on those platforms; delete them there if you wish. Copies may remain in backups for a limited time until those backups are replaced. See the Privacy Policy for details.
