The service

The platform is a marketing tool for businesses: it learns your brand, proposes a content plan, creates marketing designs and copy, publishes what you approve to your connected accounts, and reports how it performed. We may develop the service and change its features over time.

Your account

• Give accurate information when you sign up and keep your sign-in details confidential.
• You are responsible for activity in your account, including by team members you grant access to.
• You use the platform for business or professional purposes and are authorised to act for the brands you add.

Your content

• You keep ownership of what you upload (logo, images, files, text) and of what the platform creates for you and you approve.
• You grant us a limited permission to process, store and send that content to our service providers and publishing platforms only as needed to provide the service to you.
• You confirm you have the right to use what you upload and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.

AI-generated content

Designs and copy are created with the help of third-party AI providers and may contain mistakes or inaccurate information. Nothing is published without your approval, and reviewing content before you approve it is your responsibility, including the accuracy of prices, offers and claims and their compliance with the rules that apply to you.

Connected accounts

• When you connect a Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn or YouTube account, you authorise us to publish to it what you approve or schedule, and to read its performance, within the permissions you granted.
• Your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms and policies, and you are responsible for complying with them.
• If you connect an ad account and ask us to launch a campaign, it is created paused in your ad account and no spend starts until you switch it on. Ad costs are paid by your account directly to the ad platform.
• You can disconnect any account at any time inside the platform.

Acceptable use

You may not use the platform for:

• Unlawful or misleading content, or content that infringes others' intellectual property or privacy.
• Spam, or impersonating a person or brand you are not entitled to represent.
• Trying to access other accounts' data, disrupt the platform, or circumvent its limits.

We may suspend any account that breaks these terms or puts the platform or its users at risk.

Plans and fees

Each plan's details and price are shown before you pay. If you have free or trial access, its terms may change or end, and we will tell you in advance.

Termination

You can stop using the platform and ask us to delete your account at any time, as described on the Data deletion page. We may end the service for an account that breaks these terms.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The platform is provided "as is". We do not guarantee it will run without interruption or errors, and we do not guarantee any particular marketing or advertising result. The platform relies on external services (such as Meta, LinkedIn and AI providers) that may fail or change their terms. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages or lost profits arising from use of the platform.
